  WELCOME ART SUMMITS, with headquarter in New York City, U.S.A is a nonprofit organization that is organizing Art Competitions for Chinese emerging artists in Songzhung (Beijing).
How comptition will be conductd? Three members of international jury will judge paintings on Internet and award each artists from 10 to 100 points. When Internet competition finished, artists will continue to next level. On March 30th., 2009 "Five Best of Songzhuang Artists" and "The Five Best of New Jersey Artists" will have 'The First - 'HEAD TO HEAD' - Art Competition sponsored by Art Summits Organization and Thunderbolt Art Gallery that is located only 4.5 miles from the World most modern "F1" car race track, "The Thunderbolt Racetrack" in Millville, New Jersey. A panel of 3 American jurors will continue to judge art works by same criteria as on Internet. All points from Internet and from 'HEAD TO HEAD' exhibition will be counted together and the scoring list of Competition will be finished. The 5 winning artists from 'HEAD TO HEAD' exhibition, will be promoted to galleries and auction houses in America, Europe and of cause in China too. This Is New Xiapou Art Center.

Questions and Answer about Competition Rules. A.-) How much does the competition cost? If you already member of ART SUMMITS Organization and have website on www.artsummits.org for you is free. We will enter your two best paintings that you or we had chosen. If you wish to enter more, but only up to 5 times, you must pay a fee of 20.00 RMB for each entree. If you are not member of Art Summits Organization it will cost you 50.00 RMB for two paintings for one competition. Your two paintings will be published on www.artsummits.org/Competition.html for international jury to choose artists for final Competition/Exhibition which will be held every four months. B.-) I am not a member, can I submit more than two paintings? You can submit up to 5 times with 2 paintings every time. For each submission you must pay a fee of 50.00 RMB C.) If artist live abroad, can he/she submit paintings? Yes you can. You need to choose someone in China to represent you. D.) Who is on the jury? The jury members change with each competition. For competition on Internet, the jury is always composed of a group of three different professions. From art professor, art consultant, gallery owner, art critic or art reporter and a professional artist. E.) How can the jury judge what good art is? Isn’t good a matter of opinion? Our jury awards 10 to 100 points to each artist in 5 major categories: 1.) Maturity of Development,
2.) Technique, 3.) Design, 4.) Consistency, 5.) Originality. Artists that wish to participate in competition, which will be held under observation of Art Summits representative, they needs to have website at www.artsummits.org If artist has not any website at Art Summits, artists can e-mail photo images to competition@artsummits.org or bringing CD direct to International Art Summits magazin. Each entry will be charged a small administrative fee of 50 RMB for two paintings. Artists that are members of Art Summits will be automatically resubmitted to each competition, which will be held every 6 months .
